We have set classes available in a group setting to establish a strong sense of community and belonging in an environment that is conducive to creating internal and external success. We are not created to live this life alone but with like-minded people we can accomplish much more.
SENIOR & XPRESS is 30min and FUSION360 is 60min.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Schedule an appointment and make a change for thriving in life. Upon meeting together, we will break ground for establishing yourself with a plan and discover purpose. We will assess the current state of health, discover goals and needs, and establish a training plan that will achieve and bring balance. PERSONAL TRAINING is either 1-on-1 or partner sessions available.
30MIN $45/session
60MIN $75/session
Upon any membership there is a $75 per year join fee for liability, maintenance, etc.
